Who runs NarrateNow
NarrateNow is operated by Pineapple Connect LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, USA.
What we process
- Account details: your name and email address.
- Payment details: handled by our payment processor, Stripe. We never see or store full card numbers.
- Page content: the text of the pages you choose to convert, which we send to a speech-synthesis provider to generate audio.
- Listening data: when your readers press play, we record which page was played, how long they listened, and whether they finished, so we can show you how your audio is used. It carries no personal information about your readers, uses no cookies, and is deleted when you remove the site or close your account.
How your content is used
Your content is used only to generate the audio you request. We do not sell it, repurpose it, or use it to train machine-learning models.
Where audio is stored
Generated audio is securely stored in the cloud and delivered over a CDN so it loads quickly for your readers.
Account security
Passwords are stored hashed, never in plain text, and access to your account and sites requires authentication.
