How is pricing calculated?
Pricing is based on your plan tier, which determines the number of articles and characters per month. Characters are counted from the article text that gets converted to audio. You are billed monthly based on the plan you choose.
What counts as an article?
An article is any page on your site where the NarrateNow player generates audio. Each unique URL with detected article content counts as one article. If you update an article, the audio is regenerated but it still counts as a single article.
What happens if I exceed my limits?
If you reach your article or character limit, new articles will not generate audio until your next billing cycle. Existing audio will continue to play normally. You can upgrade your plan at any time to increase your limits.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your plan will remain active until the end of your current billing period. There are no cancellation fees or long-term contracts.
